pls, help to identify the features. is it bioturbation or just iron oxide?

I don't see Iron oxide not saying it is not there, I just don't see it. Your third picture looks like it was caused by wave action.

I see concretions in the first two images, not unusual for sandstones, and the rippled one may be the ossification of a shore or underwater bed. Only iron staining I see are the concretions in the second image.
