New to hunting.

I live in Maryland and want to start looking for geodes. I can’t seem to really find any good advice so I thought I’d come here. I am usually hunting artifacts, and also I have found Serpentine, and lizardtine near me. I like to tumble it. If anyone knows any cool places in md. Or just what can be found in MD. Thanks!

I don't know about MD but there are tons of them in W.IL and SE IA. Maybe you need to take a road trip! Gary

I suggest a trip to the library or book stores, heck even online anymore, and check out books on Rock hounding guides or mineral collection guides for your region. They are going to be the best source of info and often help identify what's available for your region. Geodes may or may not be available in MD but other neat stuff maybe.
