Wow things really are in the toilet
Took about 3 barrels of material in plus transformers and batteries figuring I'd get my usual $400 or so, only to be told prices at yard#2 have also gone in the toilet, so I walked out with just over $200 Canadian.. ouch!
Consensus is if you have the room and the space, may as well horde it til prices go back up... that's what I'm gonna do. Not working for slave wages.

Re: Wow things really are in the toilet
what's that in American? sheesh, goldmine/sacks got a ton of money off of us.
The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will take down the scenery, pull back the curtains, move the table and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.

Re: Wow things really are in the toilet
It's gone beyond the toilet, it's right in the sewer line now...
$35/NT as of today for tin, it was $100/NT on Tuesday.. pretty well worthless right now.
