I'm seeing the prices rising slowly here in Illinois, but I do not see it lasting. At least for steel. More blast furnaces are being shut down through out the country. The infrastructure promise is no where in sight. There are too many cars in the USA. I believe steel is gonna tank again unless foreign demand continues to rise, but that will take a while for us Midwestern scrapers to see that effect.

stainless is back to acceptable levels
copper seems to rise slow but steady
as does copper so does brass
Aluminum has see an increase, but not enough to unload

steel really scares me now, something needs to change and so far the change that was promised has not been good.

good article, but my hands are still in the air because the ride is not over yet.
