button batteries?

is there any value in these batteries, i call them button batteries the ones you find on mother boards and in watches.

Yes, they are made from lithium (lithium ion batteries on the motherboards, that is). Worth at least a dollar per pound when i last checked (couple months ago)

other button batteries could just be Ni-Cd, not worth as much.
