    Nickel-Cadmium batteries -

    The large kind, used in municipal police radios - worth anything as scarp/recycle? These are decommissioned and to be put out of service permanently

    If those were Li Ion (like in cell phones) you could $1 to $1.75 lb where I sell mine.
