HELP W/Age,Maker,etc./NEW OR PEIR 1??? STEEL WIRE BASKET

Hello everybody,
I have this steel wire basket(decrotive),Steel frme and has 4 ball feet tht show original&conciderable wear...This is intitial's on bottom(or PRICE)And is very well made,My question i suppose is this item old,post-modern? Or is it junk,Well not junk it is a nice basket.Any help will be greatly greatly appreciated!!! Thank You...
