Russian Military Sends Ships to Syrian Border

Tensions between world empires escalate as the US threatens to attack Syria

There are various pieces of evidence indicating that the Syrian rebels are responsible for the chemical weapons attacks in Syria, and not one piece of evidence linking the regime of Assad to the attacks.

While it is true that both sides of this conflict are brutal murderers, to accuse the regime in power of these crimes could be used to justify a full scale invasion of the country, making the predicament that much worse for the people who live there.

Despite the lack of physical evidence, the US government and its allies are still determined to bomb Syria, an act that would escalate tensions with Iran, Russia and China, possibly setting off World War 3, if that didn’t already begin years ago.

The Itar-Tass News Agency reported that the Command of Russia’s Defense Ministry has made a decision to boost surveillance along the Syrian coast, told Itar-Tass a source from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

“Enhancing activity aimed at uncovering and monitoring the situation in maritime regions adjacent to the Syrian coast will be performed through increasing the number of reconnaissance ships in the Mediterranean,” the source said, adding that one of the watercrafts, Vishnya-class intelligence ship SSV-201 Priazovye will set the course for Syria on Sunday.

“This is standard practice for any navy in case of rising tensions in a particular oceanic or maritime region. The Syrian situation will be thoroughly monitored, as apart from intelligence ships, other Navy watercrafts on regular deployment in the Mediterranean will participate in the surveillance mission using standard-issue intelligence equipment, which every ship has,” the General Staff’s representative said.

The US government cannot possibly sustain the wars we are already in, so there is no way this empire will make it through a conflict with Syria, and all the conflicts that this would inevitably lead to. A war in Syria could escalate tension with the Russian and Chinese governments, leading to a larger and more dangerous war.
