funny how these foreign folks don't want to "claim" ownership until after the money is spent to do all the work and its all nice and neat on shore (and then they do not want to pay the "tab" of the recovery or give anything to the person who actually did all the spending and work getting it up ) --- once on dry land and cleaned and ready to use then they show up going ---its "mine -mine- mine" like a spoiled 3 year old --- sad very sad -- to be ate up with the greed bug that badly . --- treasure of serria madre --should be required watching for anyone involved in treasure dealings in any way.
