    1733 sites

I used to search the Florida Keys when I was a kid. But there was little information then and no computers. There have been three hurricanes this year, most recently ?Rita, to hit the keys. Is it legal to search the 1733 sites with an ?
    underwater metal detector?
I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines.  I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.

    Re: 1733 sites

Tons of information is out there now as well as on this forum ... I took a seminar from Bob "Frogfoot" Weller awhile back and the focus was on the 1733 and 1715 fleets that he has been diving on since the sixty's. One of his books called "Galleon Alley" you will find a lot of worthwhile informative about the 1733 fleet!

    Re: 1733 sites

I believe there are active leases on the 1733 sites, but I do not know for sure. If anyone knows I would love to know too. Maybe we can pool resources BPH
