I do know Dan and be in contact but he didn´t has much to buy on his website at the moment.
I bought some pieces from the Rosario (only to restore it...).

Still looking for more... specially wood and iron from wrecks.

What do you do with them after you restore them?

I have several tubs full of encrusted and uncleaned iron and iron/wood composite artifacts in my conservation lab.

hi Tom,

I need some good examples for my website wich I will put online in next months.

Since approx 20 years I restore allmost classical ancient pieces for major dealers worldwide and also for museums and archeologists.
I hope to get some orders to restore wreck pieces too! This is a nice interesting field.
I have seen many "overcleaned" wreck pieces in last time and this can be done better.

Attached are a Rosario spoon and buckles from Dan and a roman figure I have made some weeks ago.
The 13 century iron knife has had no iron core, it was completly corroded and fragile. It is also possible on pieces like this to find the object inside!
The pics of the Rosario pieces was quick made - they look much better in original.

PS: No chemicals, electrolysis etc... only manuel cleaning and preserved for the next 100 or more years.
