Supposed find of the supposed Rainha dos Anjos, off Brazil

Basically, this guy says that he has found the wreck of the Portuguese nau "Rainha dos Anjos", sunk off Rio de Janeiro in 1722. H also says that treasure aboard totals 670 million euros.

excellent, if they can get it salvaged by 2014 those that go to the olympics will have quite a sight to see ideed. I wish them the best of luck and a quick safe salvage.

According to a 1726 Rio de Janeiro Custom House's certificate, this shipwreck was salvaged by Jorge Mainarte from July, the 22nd, 1722 til June, the 24th, 1724....

(this is where some good archival research can save you a ton of money....)
