Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Seafarer Exploration

A class action lawsuit was brought against Seafarer Exploration Corporation in Hillsborough County, Florida the headquarters for the company in Tampa. It names (29) Petitioners and Plaintiff's who were/are stockholders and investors in the company to include a Children's Autism Foundation. Further, the suit was filed against Kyle G. Kennedy personally, who is Chief Executive Officer for Seafarer Exploration.

It has no real information on what the class action suit is even about.

And, I find it really strange to see, as a plaintiff, the Childhood Autism Foundation, Inc. I'm really happy that the donations that go to them are being spent on treasure hunts.

What is this case about?

Or is it a bunch of people who didn't get a guaranteed return and are not happy?
