Dreams create desire, the desire in you will make you take action, before you take action you must plan your work and then work your plan, you must have short term goals and long term goals. Before you take action you will have options, research will give you the right options, for every action that you take you will get a result or a reaction if you get a reaction you must take action again and again until you get a result, persistence is the key to obtain results and the accumulation of results during a periot of time will take you to the accomplishment of your dream.

The one that seeks shall find and hands that give shall receive.
