Joe...you are too funny!

In regards to some of my best brothers from salvagers to historians
who have helped me greatly with my research over the years...
Rob Westrick, Jason Nowell, Luis Camacho,
Tom Gidus, Geoffrey Walker, Steve Hancock, Scott Campbell,
my friends from Berkeley Unv. Archives...the list goes on and on...
I refuse to sign a book in an "unappropriate" manner to those I most respect and give humble thanks to.
That includes you, my dear friend!

I once received a signed copy of a book from a well-known
shipwreck author that I thought I would cherish and hand down
to my grandchildren one day. What he wrote in my book was unsuitable
and I lost all admiration for this writer.
There are proper moments in life for humor and witticism, yet there are also times to show dignity,
courtesy, and admiration to fellow human beings.

Joe, I will always adore your charisma and perseverance in the field of exploration and discovery!

Sniff Laura, Tell hubby that I do agree, just my unconventional way to say thanks. Now go get that paymaster's payroll in that corral. You
should find many things of a personal value also.
