    Interesting theory; even more interesting will be to see what happens when that 'theory' is tested under real world conditions during a Category 4 or 5.

    Tiki hut materials don't usually make a great artificial reef. But it's in a great location for one!

    A old oil platform in the gulf could be turned into a resort.Many people live on them and they have everything to make living bearable for long lengths of time.Some are as big as a small city.I bet you could buy them for cheap from the oil companies since it cost them alot to have them torn down.

    True, but there's no oil platforms anywhere in Florida - especially in the area where this guy wants to build.
