Psalm 107:23-24
They that go down into the sea in ships; and make working in many waters.
They saw the works of the Lord; and his marvels in the depth. (And they saw the works of the Lord; and his marvelous deeds in the depths of the sea.)
Thanks everyone! I have to tell you how it happened, so we blew a hole and Jimmy Burg, Steve McAdoo and myself went down to check it out, there were tons of boulders/rocks, so we started moving them and piling them up on the outer bigger rocks, once we moved everything we went over the hole and outer area and not a single hit on the Garrett Sea Hunter. So we came up and blew for about 15 more mins, by the way it was a bit rough while blowing it shifted over a couple feet moving the hole over about 2ft. Once we got back in and got to the bottom all the rocks we moved were back in the hole! I was thinking this is great we get to do this all over again, moved all the rocks and went over this area with the metal detector after I moved some small rocks to get good reading and i got a hit!!!!!!! I fanned it twice with my hand and all I saw was this shinny gold coin! It was so bright and amazing, I just started screaming underwater!! Jimmy Burg looked in the hole and though I found the mother load and didn't see anything, then saw me holding the coin, he said on the boat it looked like it was 10in by 10in and the brightest thing ever!!! Thanks to the SeaHunter Team!!! 2011 is gonna be amazing!

Re: Gold at Jupiter
My Hat is off to you Dustin...
GOOD JOB!
Since 1987 our Jupiter Wreck has continued to yield coins but the question, "Where's the rest of the Ship?" has remained unanswered... There are 2 layers of shipwreck scatter and we are equipping the "Enterprise" to excavate the primary treasure layer. Join with us this year!

Re: Gold at Jupiter
Yes, that was exicting! I heard Dustin hoot loud underwater, turned around and saw the gold shimmering. Very nice feeling. It was a fantastic day yesterday, and it all came out of the same hole. I took some pics when I got up. First 2 in my palm, third at the Square Grouper.
