Re: Jupiter Treasure Video Clip on the Fox Network!

The segment I just posted this ROUGH cut was already aired
on Saturday by WFLX Channel 29. When I asked them what time slot
they were running it - they told me 6:30 am.

I said, "Oh that is great - Everyone should be about through milking their cows about then!"

I said this jokingly - any coverage like this whenever it is aired is good for the cause of
undersea exploration.

There is another major segment on their (Fox 29 News Hour) starting at 10pm tonight.
Now it is going to cover the 1715 fleet, the Brisben efforts and only God and or the
devil knows what else... Again that is tonight Fox WPB news 29 (Comcast 11) WFLX.

This was made to look like we work with Dom. Nothing could be further from the truth. We are in no way involved with Dom or Jupiter coins and will not be responsible for their debts or to their investors. Dom is simply a minority shareholder of JWI and a subcontractor. Not the owner or President of JWI.

Ibid. Shehunter

Other than us both being stockholders in JWI we wish to point
out we don't have anything to do with any of your financial dealings.

Your skin should not be so thin.... The media - once it gets anything
it wants on film - does what it wants with it.

If you are going to continue working on shipwrecks, if your
personal finances permit, get use to it. Anyone working with me
will be glad to know you have nothing to do with our operations
accept to act as a fellow (minority) stockholder of JWI, a subcontractor
serving at the descression of the stockholders of JWI and
certainly not "Lord Jim".

Remember, its not just your bat and your ball,
the Company belongs to JWI and all its stockholders
not just you....

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to make this abundantly clear
to everyone who reads this.

Re: Jupiter Treasure Video Clip on the Fox Network!

Wow. When I saw Seahunter posting on this thread I thought to myself, " How cool - Seahunter must be commenting on a good job by Captain Dom ". ???

Guess I was raised to see the best in folks. I have worked with Captain Dom and have never observed or heard him try to claim any of Seahunters "glory". As a matter of fact he told me personally that he was happy for the Seahunter and it's crew during this last month of fantastic finds. Captain Dom also told me he is not surprised as that is an area he has worked often and hard for the last twenty plus years. Thank God Captain Dom had the guts and determination to fight for the right to salvage this incredible piece of history. The way the State of Florida and the Feds fought to keep this wreck under the sand is a testament to the size of the will and the depth of tenacity of those early Jupiter Wreck founders.

I have researched the history of several colonial and also more modern shipwrecks and one thing I do know is that history is owned by those who write it. So as a certified geek, I try to find the truth. :read2:
Seems like some people / authors have tried to write this explorer right out of this ships history. I find that odd at the least and well.....to put it kindly....disingenuous at the most.

So maybe Captain Dom "is simply a minority shareholder" as Seahunter post here - One thing for sure is he has been giving a "majority" of his life to this endevour called the Jupiter Wreck for a "majority" of this shipwrecks modern life.

Happy Hunting

Hi Folks

Just to be clear the encrusted crosses
are from another shipwreck site and not the Jupiter
site.

I was using them as an example of just how artifacts
can be encrusted.

This "Eye on South Florida" segment was taped
last year before Fox News contracted with WFLX Fox 29.

They aired it in a better time slot {11:00am on Saturday's}
There is going to be some much bigger news happening this late summer
and fall! Thanks for sharing in our
Adventures in Discovery.... :notworthy: :notworthy:

Enjoy

Three lives ago....
before I went to sea
I was lucky enough while recovering from a series
of accidents of being "stupid", to get an education.

I fell in love with getting a chance to go back to school
as it was like getting a "second chance" that I {like many} never wanted to leave....
So, I thought I should become a teacher.....

But the reality of dealing with kids I wanted to strangle was too much for
me so as soon as I got my legs back - I went to sea...

I new some day I may bet back to teaching but
I also figured out I still had a lot to learn. :icon_scratch: :icon_scratch:

as an educator

Thanks for your interest in our site.

I have yet to see a two box type underwater detector.

We will be using a Geometric 866 proton mag in the not to distant future.
A pile of silver bars may well have a signature it could pick up dependant
on the alloy content of the bars and or whether any hull remains may be
under or associated with them
