Re: Bonsteel Park
Theoretically no, but just where is the 'low' mean water mark (?) You got from there to the dune to play in. Otherwise its in a lease area.

Re: Bonsteel Park
How far north do you have to go before you can water hunt?

NO
I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines. I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.

Re: Bonsteel Park
The lease is held by Queen's Jewells LLC, which is Brisben et al. This was originally the Fisher lease holding until a year or so back. It extends northward as an exploratory lease to the vicinity of Melbourne Beach, where, at some time in the recent past, another exploratory lease begins which stretched up to Cocoa Beach. That one was held by Rex Stocker. Don't know if it is still active, nor if you would be obstructed from water hunting in it.
You can't take a detector into the Canaveral National Seashore.
From Edgewater northward to Matanzas and beyond, I have no idea.

Re: Bonsteel Park
Yes but it is so sanded in I don't even bother other than the DFX in the fluff, and that is poor as well.

Re: Bonsteel Park
The rex stocker lease is now held by heartland treasure quest and it is active and watched.Theres no current leases in new smyrna beach or daytona or even north of there. The water at both places is very murky, got lots of hungry sharks and the hard pan is 50 feet down near the shore.
Millions of dollars of Spanish treasure await those who would dare brave the eye of the hurricane.
