PEORIA, Ill., Sept. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Oceanic Research and Recovery Inc. (pinksheets:ORRV), a marine salvage and exploration company, today confirmed that it has been involved with a discovery of emeralds that was, until recently, the subject of litigation in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware courts.

Scott Heimdal, Chief Executive Officer of ORRV, was an Interested Party to the Delaware litigation and will continue to represent the interests of ORRV shareholders as this project proceeds.
