    the key is "beach quality sand". They don't really know what "beach quality sand" is..to mother nature nature what they propose to use is referred to as DIRT.

    They tried this up the coast..inland sand mine. I was hoping the mined stuff would work. Unfortunately, it appears to be so contaminated with organic fines that it detrimentally clouds the longshore waters.
