I want to know about the legislation in the different places in the caribbean (Florida,Bahamas,Santo Domingo...etc) about finding a shipwreck, and the following process to explore it. I know that in some places , if you find it, and prove that it is the shipwreck you say it is, you can own 80% of the artifacts value.
