INFO ON BOOKS 4 TREASURE SHIPS

Hello I'm looking for info on where or who to acquire info on sunken ships in the S. GA and N. FL. east coast area. I already got a hold of Joan she doesn't have anything this far south. Any help would be appreciated. I am also interested in where to get a search lease/ permit for Florida waters.
