So, let me get this straight.

This guy believes in the UN protecting wrecksites. He's worried about this one, because someone might "plunder" it, and sell artifacts.

So what does he want to do? Beat the "plunderers" to the site, recover 700,000 plus artifacts...and sell what could be a large percentage of them.

And what doesn't get sold will either wind up in a display, get packed away in a dust covered box in a warehouse, or wind up in a museum worker's or archeologist's personal collection.

I guess the definition of "plunder" is in the eyes of the beholder...
