    Shipwreck Brass Hatch Table

    Just finished making an outdoor stand up height picnic table from an old brass hatch.

    That is beautiful. Too nice to be outside. I've seen hatch coffee tables, but your hatch is awesome. Nice work.

    Very nice

    Also seen a good idea for making interesting table and bench legs out of old chain welded up.

    Voc, Love the chain legs. To late for my project but will pass on the link to my friend Rob. We think thier is another frame on the wreck and he wants to make a table also.

    My wife just decided that she liked it and she wants another on the other side of the deck. Looks like another project in the works. The only brass hatch left on the wreck may not be as easy to recover!

    Here is a hatch coffee table I have in my TV room. This one was made about 20 yrs ago!
