ROV needed

Does anyone have an ROV for rent with around 500 feet of cable ? A manipulator arm would be a plus. With or without an operator. We have our own operator, but if it's only rented with an operator we can discuss that. The unit is needed for a Deep Water wreck out past the Dry Tortugas.
