Baywalker, anyone that has researched the Emanuel Point wreck knows that it is one ship from the fleet of Tristan De Luna. This was an exploratory fleet from Spain. De Luna wanted to start a Spanish colony in Pensacola. There was no treasure from Mexico or South America. The Emanuel Point wreck is one of 11 ships that wrecked in 1559. There was no treasure aboard any of the vessels. Thats why Spain does not claim any of the ships as soverign vessels.

I live in Fairhope and I would really like the book. I am trying to start a treasure library in my office. I don't care if it was a treasure ship or not.
