I found two interesting pieces of unmarked high K gold jewelry this weekend on a Treasure coast shipwreck beach. Both pieces of gold were found in the same area on a beach that I have found many Spanish 1715 fleet artifacts and treasure coins.
The dark stone is held in place with fleur de lis prongs and has natural lines that only appeared after the stone had dried out on the long drive home.
I had planned to search locally for modern tourist droppings but decided it was less hassle hunting in the daytime on the Treasure coast beaches. You never know unless you go on the Treasure Coast, these two pieces of gold and a bottle cap were my only finds. The last time I was on the Treasure Coast I found a blackened piece of Spanish silver in someones trash pile in the parking lot at Corrigans, maybe I am getting my Treasure Coast mojo back?

Where at? I'm staying in Melbourne beach. I'm not too familiar with the area over there. What time?

The festivities will begin...well, they have probably already begun, but lunch will be noonish. True tales, modified truths and damn lies will continue till the rhum is gone.
The motel is about 1/2 mile N of the Wabasso Causeway Bridge on the west side of US 1. Wabasso is on the south side of Sebastian.
