do you guys remember the last time the state wanted to "change the rules" regarding salvage of treasure ships ?---ah yes the great "catch 22" set up --that the archies purposed ...to get a "salvage permit" would require a "approved archie" from a "select group" of state approved archies ...the only problem was this "select group" had a set of by laws that no member could work for "for profiet" salvors... to do so meant being kicked out of the group ...so you had to have a archie from the select group to get the permit "pulled" but if the archie agreed to work for you he was kicked out of the group and thus "no longer" a "approved archie" ---thus all salvage permits would be impossible to get for "for profiet salvor" people ...damn good thing I caught this little trick --before it became "the law" --they promptly pulled it from the "proposed changes" ----the rules should be made simple --with some form of assurance that --all permits will be issued together --including the "all important" salvage permit ...because without it why bother doing --free research for the state ? which is what occurs way too often :BangHead:
