That's an Upper deck pin. what's a doll leg never heard that term.

It just looks like a leg and a foot to me.. If its metal maybe a tin toy? Pewter?

I see the piece your talking about. That's iron covered with growth I think it was some type of handle. There is a copper rivet peaned into each end. I can't figure out what the copper piece was that also is is peaned , it's a early type nut and bolt peaned together instead of threads.
