That picture sure is 'staged'.
Don....
Don, I agree the picture does look staged. 3 Months ago, I was shown a pictures of 2 Bronze cannons in shallow water lying next to each other. A fisherman reportedly took the picture in Jamaican waters. Maybe it's possible that someone found something. However, from the press account. I have a hard time believing that gold and silver was found on top of the sand at the wreck site, as reported.
I was also under the impression that Jamaica did not allow treasure salvage operations in their waters?

Not to mention that there is nothing on the net about "Miami Treasure Co."
DL, I went to the link and clicked on some of the other Discoveries. They seem pretty far fetched to me and I wonder if this is a bogus site. Here is a picture of one of the other links claiming to find a Pixie in Ireland.

I can't find mention of this in any other news source or Christies Auction House. Sounds like BS to me.

Here's proof:

Hilariously, Arthur Conan Doyle, the creator of Sherlock Holmes, was one of many who actually believed this picture authentic.

Well, I can tell you if I found something of that significance, i would use a fake name and give very vague details....actually I persoanlly wouldnt tell a soul.

Seems like these days treasure hunters are targets for gov's to intervene with your finds. If I were to find something this great, there would be a whole fabricated story that went along with it

Hey! Snipe hunting is a real sore spot for me. When I was about 10 my brothers took me snipe hunting. I was not scared at all but I was piss.ed that they left me in the woods. Of course, I sent my twin boys out for the same thing at age 12 or so and they didn't get it. Watching from a distance I saw that were having the time of their life. Must be a guy thang.

DL, snipe hunting was almost as much fun as when I used to take my date to the submarine races at the Naval Air Station.
