As you may know our company recovered the missing piece of the picture frame now identified as a pyx. The find was made by Eric and was documented (100% real) with a go pro as he films all the hits he digs.

What an amazing piece of history. Found 25 years later after Captain Andy Matroci found the first piece. Nearly 300 ft away!!!

Thanks for following!

You guys are killing it down there, congrats Rick and Eric and crew. How cool to find a piece that completes an artifact found 25 years ago, now go find the other wing to Bonnie's pelican. :-) Good luck out there, obviously what you are doing is working well and you guys have plenty to be proud of. I'm proud to call you friends.

Please could you tell the story mentioned above about who found what and what was missing, in terms of fleet, suspected vessel etc, thanks or is there a thread about it?

No one knows what boat is was. We know it was part of the 1715 fleet and it could possibly be the Nieves.

There is plenty of research and there are numerous national media stories. I don't have a lot of time to play on the internet because I am working everyday.

Why does the shipwreck thread finds rarely make the banner? This is certainly banner-worthy. I just cast my vote... click the little red rectangle at the top right of the thread post.

My vote is in. Booty would you please post your first link of original finds to the wreck in your 1st post above. Congratulations on you and your company finding the missing piece to this fantastic treasure and sharing it with your friends here on T-Net. I am sure everyone will enjoy the magnitude of the whole discovery before we see it in the news papers!
Good luck out there and Happy Hunting

The consensus is starting to look like this is a pyx.
