Is there a comprehensive list of Spanish Fleets from the New World?

Someone must have compiled one by this time.

Thanks; I was looking for all the fleets, not just the wrecked ones; some of them must have made it to Spain!

Yes, but in 9 volumes and was published in France in 1955 You can get the complete collection for about $ 3,000 or completely photocopy. Five of the volumes treated round trips per year (all fleets), reporting losses and a detailed history of what happened every year.
It is a masterful work, whose research took years.
But as I note in my book Galleon and sunken treasure Chaunus data on shipwrecks are incomplete and sometimes have errors years. The 5 volumes reflect data from the so-called "log books" found in the AGI in Seville, Contratación Section.

In addition, another important source of information for the Spanish naval history is the work of Captain Cesareo Fernandez Duro Armada española (Spanish Navy) (9 volumes). From 1480 up to1890.

Using the same method of Chaunus (information with Statistics), various Spanish authors have published important work. These are:
Lutgardo Garcia: El comercio español con America (The Spanish trade with America) (1650-1700).

Pablo Emilio Perez-Mallaina:
Politica naval española (Spanish naval Policy) (1700-1715)

And the important work in two volumes:
Cadiz y el Atlantico (Cadiz and the Atlantic) (1717-1778) Antonio Garcia Baquero.
I know a historian named Marina, she investigated further information from 1778-1824, but do not know if she published the university thesis.

Several volumes of Duro are available as free Google Book downloads...you can download in plain text and then translate the page. Of course, the translation is usually kind of funky, but in general, the gist of the material can be gleaned..
