It would be nice if relations could normalize...BUT that should only happen if the denounce communism and agree to surprise inspections of ALL of their government entities as well as have NO weaponry and or military...

Yeah, just like we did that with Communist China and Vietnam before we normalized relations.

Yeah, just like we did that with Communist China and Vietnam before we normalized relations.

The real thing here is Obama is a communist and has NO INTENTIONS of doing anything that diminishes communism. He is merely looking to advance communism...

Cuba ratified the UNESCO Convention on the Protection of the Underwater Cultural Heritageback in 2008. If you read the Convention wording, there is no wiggle room in regards commercial exploitation or sale of submerged cultural artifacts (basically anything man made which has been underwater for more than 100 years).

There won't be any legal salvage permits issued in Cuba.
