Potosi Mint, assayer T (Turillo I think, or the assayer right after him). Has some unusual dotting around Obverse mint/assayer. Looks like a land find, but a lot of these came off the Atocha, 1622. Could be Phillip III. Looks like a 4 reals.

Please help dating cob.
