This fellow is the Ecospeed Salesman. We ended up going with Ceram-Kote, a ceramic epoxy system that cures harder than the actual aluminum. Where pitting was present
there is a companion product called Ceram-Grout
For some time now I have been absent from Treasure Net but have continued to follow postings of its participants...
Unfortunately most undersea exploration projects end up becoming peeing matches between original and then newer participants. Lawyers are keen to jump on to this situation and become its best beneficiaries. The experience of Jupiter Wreck from the beginning has been a life changing event for all of my wives, including hopefully the most current, supportive and last one, Yvonne and myself.
For the last year, we have been refitting our research vessel, the MRV "Enterprise". We put her in Seminole Boat Yard, stripped her down to bare aluminum and though using many of the tricks-of-the-trade I have picked up over the past 30 years of being a man of the sea, {"we all start out as seamen"}, have her almost ready for her next great adventure.... Here is a few photographs of her and the refitting process...
