Hello D3R, you need to find a good friend that is a diver as well and the two of you start to research the shipwrecks in your area. If you seek help from other people it can be very difficult because they have invested allot of time and money into their wrecks and would not be too interested in letting you just join up with them. You need to be a very good diver, even in shallow water so get in as much diving experience as you can so you don't get into trouble when you start to work underwater. Shipwreck salvage can be hard work so make sure you are in good physical shape. And as for the local Laws.................well they are just mere guide lines.
