gold maven ---it has to do with body fluids that normally drain off via being peed out --- if its not peed out often it settles in the lower parts of the body ...... feet or ankles ( gout) but in some cases it goes to the scrotum sack making it swell up --the fluid soaks into the skin of the sack bloating it up and has to slowly drain off over time ...yes it is as painful as it sounds ... I now know what the old saying ---"your balls are in a sling" means as in some cases folks used to make a sling that went around the neck and that went down and around the ball sack to carry them around with....
