Anyone know of any famous wrecks off of Taiwan?

I am living in Taiwan, and was wondering if anyone heard of any famous wrecks off Taiwan. I am wondering if it is worth some time to check out the beaches!

Taiwan has a rich history... and was under Dutch colonial rule for a period of time... to trade with the Ming Empire and Japan...
The trade through Taiwan was extensive involving the Dutch... The East India Trading Company to be exact...
Tons of conflict and wrecks exist throughout the ages there because of monopoly of the Dutch Formosa.

Do some searches on The Dutch Formosa if interested.

If you are just going to walk the beach, I suggest you talk to members of the local dive shops around the island; they will have a good idea which beaches have produced the greatest yield of 'goodies'. For example, here's one: taiwan-dive
