and has anyone from the Bureau of Underwater Governmental Control bothered to go out there on their own dime to try to locate this ship and preserve it's 'cultural heritage' before it dissolves into it's primal bits and pieces or are they just going to write endless papers that go unread because no one actually gives one single damn about the contents other than the precious metals and interesting salable artifacts?
