Sad to say that this group has members on it that were part of a scam company called Deep Marine Salvage, and Blue Lighthouse before that. I hope they're not, but I am skeptical of these outfits nowadays.

True. I met with the Ministry for Transport shortly before they did. Many changes have happened there in recent years. But what has not changed is the Receiver of Wreck. If you bring commodities to the Receiver of Wreck, the protocol for ownership still goes into process.
