Am trying to locate them, they were trying to get permisssion to treasure hunting in Honduras a few yaers back, their company name was : GLOBAL RESEARCH AND SALVAGE INC. (GRS INC.).

I wrote to President Carlos Roberto Reina in 1994 and recieved an invitation from his secretary Lucio Izaguirre to visit. We had a great meeting and actually got a contract. Things have changed now. Reina has died and IHAH controls all the archaeological activity. Fortunately, I have a good friend on the board of IHAH and my target wreck has not been excavated.
