Dreidel???

Not sure what this is but it appears to be made out of some sort of rock or pottery. I found it last weekend behind the Cabin Wreck

It is about the size of half a tennis ball. At first I thought maybe ivory but it has a bluish tint inside. My guess was maybe Indian toy- like a top ,but then where would they spin it ?. Then a pendulum or Christmas ornament came to mind . The surface is like rock and appears to have 3 ticks in the side and maybe even worn etches. Unfortunately it rolls to the better side , the pointier end has a chip out of it ...... Over all Brad , it isn't to big -but I made mention of it to a friend who suggested Dreidel . I found some cool similarities on line but it is primitive for sure . Is there such a thing as Hebrew Indian, lol ?
