staying alive --staying alive...Ivan gets aq stint -- widow maker unplugged just in t

just got out of the hospital seems that I had a "widow maker" type blockage of my blood vessel coming from my heart --97% blocked --thankfully it was found opened back up and a stint put in --I'm feeling a good deal better now but will be on a seriously no salt diet and other meds for the rest of my days...

I know the feeling. Had 2 heart attacks, both widow-makers, in 3 months.

Walking is good exercise. A friend has a stent put in after he was revived after ten minutes of not breathing. Walked five mile a day. That was six years ago. No problems since.

I'll leave it to you to figure out where the opposite goes.

If your heart is in it you will find a thousand ways to achieve your goal.
If your heart is not in it you will find a thousand excuses.

Ouija Board and map dowsing , one and the same. Just tape a map onto the Ouija Board and you have map dowsing.
Works great if you like wild goose chases and snipe hunts!

    L-rods are obsolete.

May you never take one single breath for granted.

congrats on your survival. Did the surgeons have to crack open your breastbone to place the stints ?

Happy to hear you're doing well. Just curious, what were your symptoms?

"And so the population was gradually led into the demoralising temptations of arcades, baths, and sumptuous banquets. The unsuspecting Britons spoke of such novelties as 'civilisation', when in fact they were only a feature of their enslavement." Tacitus, Roman Senator and Historian, written AD 98.

The Bald Eagle photo...he/she posed for me, gave me it's best American look. I felt privileged to get the shot.
