There has been many different opinions on the number of ship traveling in the 1715 fleet at the time of the disaster, some say 9, 11, 12 and some even think 14 based on everything I have read I think there were 12

Are these the 12 vessels involved in the 1715 disaster? Is this information correct? Or which belonged to which fleet? And can any of you please add any aka to these names……

Chagy, #1, the "Carmen" was built by the British and originally named "Hampton Court."

    All the best,

    Chagy.....

P.S. Not sure of the final results of the 07 season, but I believe the one who brought in the most coins was John Brandon from the Corrigans site...

    Banner Finds (1)

    Re: 1715 fleet

It was a slow year on the 1715, not a lot of boats working and not a lot of good days either. John definitely brought in the most, but he mostly worked off Douglas Beach, with a little time on Corrigans early in the season. All the boats had some good finds, but it wasn't what I would call a banner year or anything. 2008 should be much better, at least for our boat.
