By the way, in "Shipwrecks of the Western Hemisphere", (first edition of 1971) Marx says that the Inagua Treasure was picked up ... or he inadvertantly claims this was the case. If you have the volume, go to page 314 and check citation 3, then citation 6. I don't think he pieced the two into the same story as Claudio's research actually does. Ergo, I think from what Claudio discovered, the stuff may still be there on the "mystery" cay. The remark about the submerged bronze pieces is telling!
