Boardman Julep Cup

Help! I have had this for years, now doing research to sell it. I have emailed the Boardman co, asking for info like...is is silver? plate? mfg year? Value? No answer. I have searched the web for a long time, including Ebay. I can't find anything on one with a stamp like this one. Can anyone help me I know it's a Julep Cup. By Boardman. nothing else!
