A nice American made Victorian sterling repousse match safe/Vesta not monogrammed such as yours, should easily fetch between $80 and $120 dollars. The maker would be hard to id since it's not marked and there were so many.

SO $150-$165 would be a decent deal to sell this one for? SHould I clean it or leave its Patina to sell it? One more, Is Ebay the only place to sell something like this?
thanks for your answer by the way.

I wouldn't clean it, leave that to the buyers discretion. Ebay is what I was judging my estimate from, the completed listings. It seems similar ones with English hallmarks sell for slightly higher.
