The video was of the old sluice the one they make now is aluminum , and it bolts together with 1/4" bolts. I am interested in the riffle design and if it catches fine gold like they say.
I live in Maryland and have panned a few spots but have wanted to try this sluice .

I believe the rubber matting is close to the Keene "miracle Mat"
They use those on the Nome beaches. The rubber matting is supposed to be "sticky" for fine gold.
