    Cobs in SC?

Anyone ever heard of Cobs being found on the beaches/barrier islands of South Carolina? Where else would they be?

Yes, cobs have been found in South Carolina. Here's an entry from last year.

Thanks. I guess there's not many beach finds here. Seems like a lot of shipwrecks, but I guess mostly civil war/revolutionary war era. Very few if any Spanish. Anyone with any info about this subject please feel free to help.
    Thanks

I have not really heard of any Spanish Cobs being found on the beaches here in SC. Mostly what is being found is on land near old settlements.

I only wish we had the wrecks like along the Florida coast. I am always looking though! Who knows what may have washed ashore on some of the islands?

What area of SC are you looking?
